Farewell

My four years of high school were a wild adventure that I finally made it through. These years of high school have flown by, and they have been great. I want to say thank you to all the teachers that have helped me when I struggled the most. A special thank you to Mr. Sandoval and Ms. Sciacqua for making me feel good about high school day after day. I’d also like to say thank you to myself for keeping my mental health well and for not falling apart throughout the year.

This year has been an eye-opening experience that I will never forget. There have been many lessons that I have learned throughout the years and will take the knowledge and move on in life. My senior year has been one to remember with all the that has happened.

MLB vs. MLBPA

Major League Baseball has been on a lockout for three months because of the MLB and players haven’t come to an agreement on the new rules for the 2022 season. The first two series of each MLB team have been canceled. This made me not want to watch baseball anymore because the owners are finding ways to blame the players when the problem lies with the owners because they simply want more money.

Thankfully, the MLB and MLBPA have come to an agreement on the new rules and the season will start on April 7, 2022. With them coming to an agreement that means that the season will resume, and the free agency starts at midnight and teams will attempt to sign new players to their team and trades can also happen.

Currently, I am excited to see who signs with whom. I already have my predictions on what I think will happen and even who I think will win the World Series. I love it when you make a prediction, and it turns out to be true. It just gives you a good feeling inside. Now that the season has started up again, I am excited because it gives me something to look forward to.
