The Ugliest Christmas Sweater!

By: Cadence Allen

On December 13, 2023, Fresno High students decorated Ugly Christmas sweaters during lunch to celebrate the 3rd day of holiday spirit week. This is just one of the many festive events held on the week before winter break. Ugly Christmas sweaters are comfy jumpers decorated with sporadic, festive ornaments and designs. They are typically too chaotic to aesthetically match with anything, thus called ugly, and are a fun way to celebrate the holidays. In IA6, Mrs. Bangerter opened the room to all Fresno High students and staff that brought a sweater from home. The leadership room contained a variety of decorations and accessories for participants to use on their sweaters.
