Creative Halloween Costumes

Halloween is one of the best holidays, and I look forward to it every year and to me I love the costume part of it. When you are a kid usually your parents pick your costumes, or you get the cheapest one but now as a teen I have pretty much full control of what I want to be for Halloween even if I personally don't go all out.  

Now there is quite a debate on what is the best type of Halloween costume. Many people want to dress a certain way, especially based on age, but I find the best versions are the funny and creative costumes. Every year I see people dressed up as the police, criminals, nurses, doctors, bunnies, cats, the Jokers and Harley Quinn, princesses, your typical devil, and angel and really anything considered “attractive.” This year I would love to see more creative and funny costumes.  

Recently, I have been seeing a lot of out of the box costumes and all I can say is I absolutely love them. My favorites include Gru and Vector, the founding fathers, the Lorax, and Willy Wonka and the Oompa Loompas. Not to mention people really thinking out of the box with being traffic cones or memes or unknown movie references. I just think funnier Halloween costumes would add more excitement to the already fun holiday. Not to mention you get to be yourself and express yourself in new ways. You also might have the chance to meet or see people with similar costumes or interests as you.   

In all aspects, Halloween is supposed to be a fun day celebrating everything spooky so why not make it more fun with a costume sure to make everyone laugh.
